MARKETING CALLS FROM AT&T!!

Today I have had 2 phone calls soliciting additional services. (I have AT&T so I know they can contact us even though we are on the DO NOT CALL Registry.) In the last 6 days, we have had 15, yes - 15 phone calls from this number!!! I have repeatedly asked them NOT to call me again, yet we are continually called!!

YES-I had ATT add #110 worth of extra services I already had-The marketing person talked to a part time 17 yr old student that came in 3 hrs a day to do filing.

When I called them they wanted to know everything about me-if I was the owner, how long I was there ect. Seems they arent too selective when they are selling something-it's downright crinimal.

My business has had the same problem, despite repeated requests, then demands, that these solicitations cease. I am sending a letter to the Florida Attorney General. I never had these problems with BellSouth. I have done everything possible over the past 15 years to avoid the AT&T goliath because of past service and billing screwups, but once they gobbled up BellSouth, I knew we would have problems, and we absolutely have---MANY and COSTLY problems. I think it was a mistake to allow them to undo the breakup. They are so big that they have difficulty managing individual customers. I intend to avoid AT&T as much as is possible.
