Do not pay this man any money. He'll cash the check the next morning as soon as the bank opens. He'll have people call and act like they are his sub-contractor and make excuses why the can't make it to the site to do work. Nothing but a con-man. He will give you bad phone numbers and addresses. He has been arrested at least once. He got me for $1700.00.
