ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD

IN I have been using ICICI credit card for more than 1 year. My mobile bill was paid from their Visa Bill Pay service. I have deposited my credit balance in the Month of March 08 of Rs.4750/- cash to the representative sent by ICICI but this amount was not cleared in my account.
After some time I received a cal from ICICI about my balance amount but I told them that I have paid all my dues & I gave the receipt no. & all the details. Also I have logged a complaint on the customer care but still this has not been cleared.
About all this I have talked to so many representatives of ICICI but I have received no porositive response. Now this amount stands out to be Rs.14000/- approx.
