Dear Sir, i taken a corporate connection of idea plan name"EBU199" . in which i got 200 localminutes free 200 sms free and cug- group calling absulately free. and itemised bill free by courier. i take two number 9702072970 and 9702062970 .i received first bill on 07th October 2008 in which i have been charged for the said services i.e. free calls cug calling and sms . for 9702072970 - i got 80 rs More charge . i.e total amount 242 i paid the same. for 9702062970 i receive bill about rs.134 in which rs 34 has been charged wrongly. i have lodge the complaint abt the same in the month of october and they assure me that the amount will be reverted in the next bill . i receive a second bill on 7 th november and the same history repeats. i have been charged Rs. 105 extra for my no 9702072970 and toal amount of bill is 342. which does not include last months 80 rs revertal i make a payment of 117 after calculation which was told me by their telle caller. and same case happen for other no 9702062970 nea abt 189 rs as a extra charges and total bill amount 530. i made a payment abt 200 rs . which was sufficent for the same but without prior intimation the disconneced my both lines. i tryed to call their customer care but its alway shows congection in netwok after 2=3 hrs i sucessfully get connected to their wxecutive and told him my query but i got shocked with their answers. "They said that you have to pay our wrong charges because our system does not know how to escape wrong charges they told me that they dont have any internal adjustment system." the also not transfered their calls to their seniors most of peoples are new and they are not having any idead abt "IDEA". i have already paid the amount which belongs to me but still i am not clear that why shoul customer bare the wrong charges which was wrongly calculated affeted by their system.and also we have to take a followup of our complaints theie dept does not support us and till date i have not received by itemised bill and services provided to me"

i like to aise a cheat case on these fellows so that they can understand what is customer.till date i have not received the services which was offered by them after several reminders they only give complaint nos but they are unable to resolve. i hope that you are able to solve my query. they also refuse to take written complaint. Senior authority absent on the time of calling no picking up the phones no reply of mails.

i aleady paid their wrong charges but after paying that my connection are not yet get activated reply got that servey in under maintainance query will be solved within 48 hrs.


why is it so?
