telephone wongful charge

I have been crammed which is illegal. This illegal charge has been added to my phone bill and they will not renove..I have never heard of(One Backup Solution) which they are stating this charged is from.No one answers the phone..I am the only one to use this phone and I did not order this service.ILD said I would probably be charged again next month.I can not believe this is allowed.I am being scammed and I hate it. Can you investigate this matter for me. Thank You..Terry Happ
