Vinyl windows

We had a large garden window installed by castle Windows in early December 1995. Two workmen arrived with the unit and amidst much excitement of our family, did a superb job of removing the old window, proceeding to install the new window.

Castle windows deserve to be commended on two aspects of this project. The workmen who completed the tedious and exacting job of installing the window were not only polite, but hard working and efficient. They did not take a break (even well deserved ones!) until the window was installed and every debris cleared. Even more impressive were the skills and sincerity exhibited by their sales rep. We dealt with many window sales people for this particular project; it was quite a costly and risky venture. How delighted we were to encounter Castle’s rep that accommodated all our queries and was tireless in making sure the customers were satisfied. We felt in every instance, that the rep was trying to please us, as well as promoting the quality of the Castle Company.

This particular window has posed quite a problem to due to its size, building restrictions, and our cost constraints. We appreciate the efforts of their employees in assisting us to resolve our problems. The blizzard of 1996 ensured us that we had made a timely decision- and went on to prove the efficiency of the window when our heating bill actually decreased during that period!

We are grateful for their efforts and hope to work further in the future if our situation continues as planned. We would also not hesitate to recommend Castle Windows to our friends.
