We would like to commend castle Windows for their extremely professional and courteous employees. In early march we contacted one of the representatives and set up an appointment with their sale representative. He came into our home and answered all of our questions, demonstrated the use of the windows and explained all the benefits of their products. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and truly an asset to the company.

On May 9th the installers arrived promptly to install our new windows. They were very quick and efficient with their work and our windows are beautiful.

It is such a pleasure to deal with a company who stands behind their product and has such confidential personnel. We will highly recommend this company to anyone needing windows.
