Castle Windows

I would like to give a compliment. In today�s work world, it is hard to find someone, especially in sales, to be informative, courteous and sincere. My husband and I have been very reluctant to hear the usual �sale pitches�. The sales representative spent time with us, answered our many questions, and did not make us feel that we would have to make an instant decision.

Secondly, I also wanted to express my thanks for the wonderful job the castle Window installers did. They were neat and polite and took the time to explain how to operate the windows properly.

I would recommend the Castle windows to others.
