breakdown of new washing machine for more than 2 months

WA85TPLEC/XTL Samsung India IN i bought a washing machine model no:- WA85TPLEC/XTL from Discount zone b-35 motinagar new delhi against bill no 377 dated 12/8/2008 the machine stopped working on 17/9/08 a complaint was lodges with samsung company on 18/9/08 and the complaint number was 8408261791 the engineer paid the visit on 20/9/08 and told us that the main i.c of the washing machine was not working as it was not available with him he will bring it and replace it in a day or two since there was no response we gave a follow up call on 29/9/08 and we were told the part is not available and will be coming to them from main head office in a day or two inspite of which there was no action meanwhile several communication were held with mr jitender and mr joshi owner of samsung service centre nit faridabad the next communication with samsung service centre was done on 18/10/2008 and 22/10/2008 and finally i was told that as the part is not available the old machine will be replaced with anew washing machine and bills photo of my washing machine was taken on 30th october 2008 and was told that the whole process will take 3-4 days so the next follow up was done on 10/11/2008 an 18/11/2008 and finally on 24th that it will take still more time and now the machine will be repaired as they will getting the part in 4-5 days ad still no action has been done till date From: Message Author (click here to email author) Date: Wednesday, 26-Nov-08 02:05:17 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
