HDFC Bank........Crossing the Limits and Not at all co-operating with the clients

I have used the HDFC Credit Card as It was issued for the use of company TATA Securities and my boss has promised that it will be reimbursed totally on quarterly basis but for some reason I left the job and forward the same to HR after approval from the boss but not received the reimbursed amount as promised. I am waiting for the same so that I could make the payment to the Bank.

Now its almost 6 months I got the late payment and extra service charges on the new stmts. I told the bank also the same but they were not listening it they need money. Finally I told the bank to Give me the final letter for settlement as I am ready to pay Principal amount that is almost 7-8k only but they are sending the new stmt with extra charges that added and make the stmt of 14-15K. which I will not pay.

Mr. Prem Biswas (9953725758) has promised that we will send the letter within 2 days but till date I have not received the same.

Put all details in brief and ask for the settlement letter in writing; your matter will be resolved.

But it would be cruel to inform you that in each case of settlement ;Banks use to incurr a huge financial loss in a prima facie.Due to that they reserves the right to refer your said account details to the negative database/regulators/credit agency such as CIBIL as WRITTEN OFF cases.Due to which you may face a big problem in future.

So think 1000 times before taking a decision any kind of settlement.
