Pool not finished owner stole money

This man Mike Mueller who is a genral contractor did a pool at my house.We started in the end of August and it now november and pool is still not done.When it was time to move on to the next step he would not show up.He would call and make up a reason why he could not come.Well any how come to find out he spent all my money and did not have the rest of my matearles to finish the job. We fired him from the jod.
