Reliance Data Card Connection Does not work

Reliance Data Card Delhi, De IN Hi I took reliance data card connection # 9352186036 in the month of April.The data card has major connectivity issues for which I called reliance customer care several times however they never resolved the issue. The connection stopped working completely in July however reliance billed me every month for the connection. I have tried contacting them many times however they say that system is not working & they will callme back. 02230333333 is not reachable anymore & 01130333333 never gets connected.
