worst customer service ever

Buy.com, inc. 85 Enterprise Suite 100 Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 US I spend most of my time purchasing computer parts from the web and this was my bigest mistake i have ever done in buying from buy.com I feel so bad for not checking on their customer service. just see for your self they dont have a 1800 number not even a local number you will get a defected product for the price and you will spend a month to get the replacement back. 14 days to send the product back via ups ground, 2 weeks for them to review it and another 14 days to send the replacement back. and the only way for comunicating with them is via emails in which they will automatic reply back and you cant even reply back to the email. check for atleast a number you can call them and talk to someone not just autmatic emails. hate this buy.com they should go out of business not circuit city. they should improve their customer service and include at least a pager #.
