Phone Card Rip Offs,

I purchased a 1200 min instant phone card from this company pinzoo on Ebay in the classified section, it listed as instant delivery viva email and 100% guarranteed satisfaction.

I purchased one of the 1200 min cards and waited for the email with my pin, nothing, two hours later still nothing, I phoned them, after a lengthy wait I finally got an operator, he said my pin number for the card had been emailed but he could not tell be what email address it was sent it to.

I checked my emails and nothing, several days have now passed and still nothing, they do not answer emails and you get an answering machine when you call for support.

This seller is not reliable, has not offered to resend the pin or give a refund as his add states. God knows how many people they are scamming and Ebay and paypal seem to be allowing it.

Beware of Pinzoo, like they say if it looks to good to be true it most likely is.

If you paid with PayPal, you can file a complaint with Paypal and they will get your money back for you.

I had the same problem with Pinzoo. Bait and Switch company that ties up your money and may not even deliver product.

I am just kicking myself right now for having used them a second time after a ridiculous wait the first time! And that bit about how they have to speak to you personally on the phone the first time... That is not explained until AFTER they have pre-authorized your card and the money is already tied up with them!

The first time I ordered was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a good friend who was away for Christmas, so we could at least talk... they ruined that! Ordered Dec. 24, they finally got back to me end of "their" day on Christmas & finally posted PIN. But when I did the deal to "email this as a gift".. it never even arrived! Still hasn't and he's back in town now!

As of this writing, I've been waiting now for over 2 hours for my "INSTANT PIN". The screen urges to call their phone number "to expedite the processing" BETWEEN 9:00am & 6:00pm PST. I ordered around 9:00pm CST! GRRRRR AT pinzoo!
