Genie Garage Door Opener with Interference

I started to have interference with my garage opener in that when the door was closed the remote transmitters would not raise the door. When I call Genie I was told I had interference in my house and I needed to turn off all the individual breakers and see if the problem was still there. So I turned off everything except the breaker that controlled the garage door and out door lights but the transmitters still do not work from in the street. After 5-6 phone calls I spoke with Lorrie Hepner in their management team who claims that Genie has a computer program, provided by the military, that can tell by my home address if I have interference from as far away as 50 miles in my home. She of cource, did say I have intefence which under their warrenty they are not responsible for. When I asked for the name of this program or the source code, or how to get a copy of the program she refused saying it belong to the military. She also refused to provide me with a fix to my garage door problem.
