At&t: Real Morons or Just Annoying Us For Fun?

phone/tv/internet bundle , Oh US Ok, you all HAVE to hear this one, can't make this stuff up!! We moved from one apt. to a smaller one, same complex. Had at&t home phone service. Called to transfer, the woman says she could bundle all 3 (phone/tv/net) for $79 a month for 2 years, no contract. I said "hook me up"! She checks our address where we already have had phone service, says she has to enter it into the system for the tv/net. I was on the phone with her for at least 45 minutes, no kidding..getting all this accomplished. She then confirms everything is a go, sets up a date for installation. I'm excited! Yaaay. No one shows up on the install date and time, then I go into the hospital unexpectedly for a week... but my home phone gets transferred (mind you we've already had Time Warner shut off for the at&t install of tv). So, I get out of hosp, call at&t .."where is my tv and net"??? They say "gee, there is NO record of an install date, order, transfer, etc". I want to know HOW my phone is on at the new place..they don't have a clue, but I get a bill (of course). They also inform me that tv and net is not available yet in my area at this address!! Unbelievable. And they have NO earthly idea why some CS person would do that. Then we have to call TW back, and get another appt. to get our tv hooked back up.
