compaint against phsyhic website

i think that i may have been scammed by the website about astro.com. for

the past few months i was getting e-mails saying that i was going

through some kind of transition period and how i was going to have all

this good luck. well at first i ignored them thinking it was a lie. but

i kept getting e-mails from jenna. and i got even more curious, so i

ordered a 39 dollar package. well she sent two e-mails saying that she

was waiting for my debit to clear and that she would contact me when it

did. she did not. and i know that they got it out of my account because

i checked it.its been a little more than a week and i still have had no

contact. i even e-mailed them. its just screwed up that you have people

like that who play on your emotions and think they know things about

your life when they do not know you from a hole in the wall. it really

makes me mad. What can i do about this?
