My name is Aisling. I wish to briefly explain an problem with Sky TV and their "introduce a friend" and recieve vouchers of &#16350 from marks and spencers. My sister introduced me to Sky plus and when applying was promised the vouchers for both of us. After almost 2months I called to chase them up; went through about 40mins of calls and being put through to different departments and eventually said they'd be sent and sorry for the inconvienience; after 2-3 weeks still no vouchers; for either of us; after sucsessive calls lasting between 30mins to an hour on a 0870 no; I got through to the correct department and was given the correct no if any probs arose; also they promised my sister the vouchers too. I recieved mine after about a week.

Since she did not reiceve the vouhcers I gave her the no to call for the correct department and they said they'd send them out immed; 2-3 weeks passed and she had to call AGAIN and eventually got them. So basically; between both of us we have paid in calls and effort the value of the vouchers and no apology was really given. We were both pretty dissapointed; Is there any point in taking it further?? Is this normal or do they do this in the hopes of no having to pay up as such???
