No delivery pizza

I ordered pizza and bagels for my poker party and none was delivered. The web site says same week delivery. Anyway I have yet to see anything from them. They did send me an email saying the company was being renovated and they would refund my money, but no luck. How can this site accept money with a service they know they can not provide?
