Lloyds Finance Ltd.

This has reference to deposits in the schemes of Lloyds Finance made by my parents Late Dr.Shiva Kumar Sinha & Mrs.Kumidini Sinha. The details of the schemes are as follows::

Money Regular (Monthly) : Deposit No.F/0698006235/1 : Amount Rs.1,00,000/-; Date of Maturity 17.02.1999.

Money Multiplier : Deposit No.C/0698008822/1 : Amount Rs.1,00,000/-; Date of Maturity 27.03.1999.

My father left for heavenly abode some months back and even after his death, we are unable to get the balance repaid to my mother.

A copy of the letter sent to M/S Lloyds Finance is attached herewith for your reference. We would be really obliged if we get help from you please.

I had fixed deposited a sum of Rs.50,000 (rupees fifty thousand) in five multiples of Rs.10,000 each with Lloyds Finance Limited for a period of 3 years (with 19% rate of interest per annum) on 14/12/1996.

The total interest added, maturity value of the above amount was Rs.84,260/- (rupees eighty four thousand two hundred sixty). The date of maturity was 14th December 1999.

I had received only one installment of Rs.10,000 from the above company on 10th March 2001.

After receiving the above first installment I have not received any more installments from them. I have repeatedly sent letters to all Lloyds Finance Office branches regarding this matter. But with no effect till date.

Can someone help me get back my money from Lloyds Finance?
