RE: T-Mobile complaint

RE: T-Mobile complaint

Quite some time has passed and I have not received a response from you.

This matter has escalated even further now, as T-Mobile has disconnected my

phone yet refuses to respond to my messages or communicate with me

whatsoever. Really need to get this resolved ASAP, so any assistance you

can lend will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, and I hope you will be able to respond soon.

Subject: T-Mobile complaint

Someone from T-Mobile has been calling and texting me incessantly- many

times each day, for many days now, despite the fact that I specifically

instructed them long ago to never do so and to contact me by e-mail only. I

have contacted them regarding this, and even contacted their legal dept. but

received no response. Meanwhile, they continue to harass me, calling

multiple times a day, etc.

In fact, I have tried contacting them- both by e-mail and through their

website- with questions and issues with my account and again have received

no responses whatsoever. I have asked that a senior-level customer service

executive e-mail me to resolve these issues, but again have heard nothing.

Please make this stop!

E-mail Terms & Conditions

1. I generally download my e-mail and read it offline, therefore I am unable

to click on links or login to websites just to read a message. The text of

your e-mail must appear in the e-mail message itself, otherwise I will not

be able to read your message. Attachments are generally fine.

2. Your message must come from a valid e-mail address to which I can reply.

If my reply cannot go through, then you will not be able to read my

response.

3. I utilize a spam blocking service to cut down on unsolicited messages as

well as so-called auto responses. If you receive a challenge e-mail from

this service, then you must follow its instructions in order to be

white-listed. I do not manually white-list anybody, you must follow the

instructions to do it yourself. Please note you will only be required to do

this once, and then all future messages will automatically be let through.

4. The subject line of your e-mail must be recognizable. I get tons of

e-mails and will not recognize your message if the subject is some cryptic

code. Case numbers, reference numbers, etc., if any, should appear at the

END of the subject line, not the beginning. Feel free to include them in

the body of your message if necessary. If you are quoted a reference code,

then that code must appear in the subject line of your message.

5. Messages that are unresponsive, or generic responses that don't really

answer the relevant questions, are not helpful and are just a waste of your

time and mine. I bill out at $190 per hour, so please be direct and get to

the point. I don't have time to play e-mail tag with you for weeks just

because you don't get the point. You will be billed and held responsible

for all charges in connection with this paragraph.

6. I do not conduct business verbally and am not available by telephone. I

will not provide my telephone number and will not place telephone calls to

you, rather you will be contacted by e-mail.

Replying to this message or otherwise contacting me at this e-mail address

indicates that you accept these terms and conditions, which are necessary in

order to effectively communicate with me. If you are unable to comply with

these terms and conditions, then please close my account immediately and

advise me so that I can take my business elsewhere.
