PERFECT BATH AND SHOWER

Mr. Rubino does not respond to requests for service once he has your money. Paperwork advertises Lifetime warranty on materials and 5 years on labor. Do not belive this. Extremely poor workmanship and once he has all of your money, and you need service on the product he intalled, forget it, he will not call you back. His bathroom products were installed incorrectly, this caused flooding/damage to the ceiling underneath the bathroom, Mr. Rubino from PERFECT BATH AND SHOWER in NJ never called me back to correct this.
