Burger King- Franklin and Division Downtown Grand Rapids

I am on a very strict diet (for health reasons) and can no longer eat a cheeseburger or whopper.

When I took my kids to Burger King (On the corner of Franklin and Division in downtown Grand Rapids, MI...STORE # 9685) the other day, I noticed they have Veggie Burgers. I was pleased to see this and ordered one with everything but mayo and cheese.

I was very pleased with outcome...veggie burger patty, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, ketchup, mustard. The closest thing I can have to a whopper. It was good.

Tonight the kids were in bed, we had a long day and my husband suggested running out to get a sandwhich. I said I would love one of the BK Veggie Burgers...with everything but mayo. He went to get them.

When he arrived home, my burger had only a few shreds of lettuce and ketchup on it. I was not happy...getting to eat something even burger-ish is such a treat to me and this was not how I wanted it.

He took it back and explained to them that perhaps he had not been clear but I wanted everything on it...cheese, pickles, onion, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard...just no mayo. The lady took it back and a few minutes later brought him a new one.

He came home with this one (it is now after 11PM). I opened it and it was made EXACTLY the same way as the one he returned...only a bit more lettuce!

I looked online to email burger king but they do not have that option as far as I can see.

I ended up having to eat it because I had medicine to take that needs to be taken with food and wasnt going to cook myself something at 11:30 at night.

I am really very unhappy.
