sears riding mower

scheduled 2 appointments for lawnmower repair no one showed up either time. sears keeps wanting to reschedule a week later for their mistake and will not allow me to pick up the part and fix myself unless they charge me for the part. i have a three year service agreement. now my yard has not been mowed for three weeks
