personal creations.com I have had one of the worst experinces in my life with an online company, Personal Creations.com. They're very nice when you're buying their stuff but if you dare to want a refund because of a mistake that was made, well you're on your own. I was chaged twice for the same products. I emailed them regarding that and they told me it was because I had asked for the same products twice. I told them it was a mistake as I did not need two of the same things and would very much like *one* of the charges refunded. They then told me that no, my items were being shipped and then as if I were a child who didn't understand they provided me with the shipping dates and told me again that the same products were ordered??? So I then told them that I did not want anything from a company that was not even willing to try to work a misunderstanding with one of their clients. I wanted a refund of all my money and would make sure they received all the products they sent me. After that they did not even bother to reply. Ok, my question is, what is so hard about them saying yes, there was a mistake and we will gladly take care of it?! I am not asking for them to give me ANYTHING free, I just would like them to be fair! I'm just amazed at how a company like that can have such a low integrity value.They don't even bother to hide it. That just goes to show you how little they must care about their clients and customer service. It's a real pity since I had referred all my family, friends and co-workers to that website, I shall make sure to let them know it's a company that definately does not value it's customers.
