Scam/Fraud kcsingles.com or premiersingles.com

The company is a scam.

Their contract states that

"UNDER THE LAW YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO PAY IN ADVANCE THE FULL AMOUNT DUE AND UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES TO OBTAIN A PARTIAL REFUND OF THE TIME CHARGE"

I signed a contract on 4/23/2008 6:00PM and wanted to cancel my contract on 4/23/2008 8:00PM but they are not paying any refund.

Though their contract mentions so.

I registered complaints with BBB & Attorney General's office and waiting to hear back from them.

I was doing some research on this company and came to know they have many lawsuits against them.
