Plant order and bad customer service US I ordered 2 different orders, each at $30 or more which should have included a Free Bonus Gift of 25 Tall Dutch iris bulbs on each order. Customer service says they are out of the bulbs. She told me they would send a replacement.(bulbs from our nursery." They later said they were not offering a relacement of any kind. This is unacceptable to me because the free offer influenced my decision to try this company in the first place. Also both orders were wrong but hopefully They are sending the other items they left out. DO NOT ORDER FROM GARDENERS CHOICE without being aware of their terrible service.
