AT&T Collect Call Charges Rip-Off!

AT&T charged me $12.00+ for (1) collect call that lasted less than 1 minute! Outrageous! I contacted their billing department and was told I accepted the call, so I accepted the charges as well! What a RIP-OFF! So, if someone calls you collect from an AT&T phone...look out!
