Poor Communications and Service

I placed an order with this site on 4/23/08. I never received any cmmunication or order confirmation from them. On 5/1/08 I had not received my order nor had I received any communication from them so I sent an e-mail requesting status on the order. I received NO response. I sent another e-mail on 5/2/08 and no response. I called their telephone number and received an answering machine so I sent a third e-mail today. Still NO response. I am NOT pleased.
