Employee Attitude

Stopped to get a drink and snack. When I walked through the door the 2 female employees were swearing about another employee. I went to get a snack and got a package of Sugar Babies and a package of Mike and Ike, on special at 2 for $5.oo. When they rang up wrong I said they were on special for $5.00. The cashier said "Well obviously they are not, or they would have rang up at the sale price." I said they were plainly marked, and the other woman went back and said "Yes, they are on sale thru June." The cashier swore, grabbed my $10 bill and threw my change on the counter, complaining about her job the whole time. I was not impressed. I work with the public and these 2 have no idea of how to treat a customer. When I was a little girl, Donnie Lamberti used to set me on the big blocks of ice in the ice house they had on Broadway, long before Casey's was ever thought of. My father's name was Bob Ross and my mother is Jean Smith Ross. I don't suppose Don would be impressed either!! I suggest these women get some personal training or go down the road!

Poor girl must've been having a bad hair day as well :)) . But no matter..if she doesn't like her job..she has no right to take it out on the customer while taking the money and throwing the change around..that's so immature and reflects a bad image on the store.
