My wedding ring!!

I'm heart broke. I was supposed to have my wedding ring and band forever. RIGHT??? No..instead one of my side diamonds fell out just 3 weeks after getting the ring. It was only a week before my wedding so I was just going to have it fixed myself later. Three months after having my ring the center diamond had a crack across the top. The diamond is broke in two. I can't wear the ring, and at least I never had time to fix the side diamond because I would just be out more money. After calling Kmart/Sears and begging for help, they said I would just have to deal with it myself. However they wouldn't give me the number for the manufacturer because they didn't have it. This was after many weeks of several calls and when I spoke to a supervisor she told me,"I don't know how else to get you to understand but every person you've spoke to has told you we can not help!!" She told me this while laughing at me and I'm almost in tears. However thru my numerous calls I did have one represenative tell me that there were many complaints with this exact ring and the main daimond had cracked on others too. I went to kmart and posted my review on the ring(we'll see if they post it) and saw that others said the ring was cloudy and yellowish. If it was just a ring it would be different but it was my wedding ring. I wish I would have listened to my Hubby who asked to get one from a REAL jeweler!!
