They sent Fast Water Heater Co. to install who charged an additional $516 in parts upon delivery and indicated they were required. I later learned that none of the additional work was required or necessary. As well they marked up the parts by 1000% - 2000%. A $9.95 piece of duct pipe was charged at $270. $2.48 insulation charged at $29.
