Digital Degeneration Pattern

A coloured digital pattern has appeared on my TV screen.

I'd like to know if anyone else is having the same problem and was it resolved?

I have an Electrahome TV that is 30 years old and still works fine. The Grand Vega is only 4 years old. I paid a sh-t load of money for it and it has crapped out.
