damaged dress

i have purchased 3 sets of chudidhar materials and give for stitching in the same shop on 07/05/2008.when they delivered it on 27/05/2008 one set was found damaged as the cloth was tored,and the other one was not stitched as per the measurments given by us,when i approached the owner mrs.bindu suresh she behaved badly and was not willing to rectify the problems or not ready to replace or refund the damaged.only thing she did was returning the money of one set which she made mistake while stitching,also she abused us by telling that we r kind of people who create problems without any reason
