Kitchen cabinet design/install problems

Finished product not same quality as in showroom. Use of dull sawblades obvious on inside of most cabinets.3 cabinets were cracked upon delivery and installed anyway. Crew stated we are here to intall only. Install crew did not used stufinders and several cabinets had to be resecured by professional.Contract staes due on delivery although problems persisted.

Company tries to distance themselves from install crew although they arranged.Planning was weak and resulted in sink not being centered on window as requested day 1. Drawer self closers were not recieved although requested day 1. One cabinet had to be remade 3 tiles and installed/removed 7 times to

allow for stove which was on site. Job was quoted at 6 weeks, took 6 months.

Some employees sincere and tried to help but pressure to get paid and move on rather than get it right. Never recieved drawer closers and no way to center sink. Owner gave lip service only when asked for some credit due to delays,mistakes,quality of finished product. Finally disputed payment with Credit Card Company and was over ruled.

Company has been through this before and owner represented himself as expert although never visited job. Bootom line-

Buyer beware. Cannot believe I would have had these problems with Box store.

Did not get what we asked for day 1 and it wasnt cheap.
