I'm NOT lovin' it

A couple years ago, my wife and I simply wanted some McDonald’s breakfast before we went to the fabulous Busch Gardens amusement park in Williamsburg VA. This was a mistake.

We're from neighboring NC, and we've been to this McDonalds on more than one occasion, but after this last time, we'll never be back. Furthermore, my wife and I ARE NOT typical complainers that write things such as this at any moment of opportunity. We were basically forced to in this circumstance!

Granted, it was crowded the morning of this complaint, however that's still no excuse. We waited in line for roughly 10 to 15 minutes. Once we ordered our food, we had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes. The restaurant was fully staffed. In addition, there was a regional manager there helping out!

To make a long story short, we got our food, then went to get back to the table. We noticed they did not give my wife her sausage biscuit. So, I simply went back up there. I was told I needed to get in line like everyone else. I said I have already ordered, and I need to get something you did not give me on my order.

I was then asked for the receipt. I did not have it, but I was just in line no more than 3 minutes ago. I was told I must have my receipt. I about hit the roof at this point, but I kept my cool. I said, I'm sorry but I do not have it, but I assured them I had the missing sausage on my order. Still, I was told the same thing.

I asked the lady if I could speak to the store manager on duty. She said "I am the store manager" ... so in my mind I was like WTF...??? I then asked her logically, would it make all that sense to come up here in front of everyone and try to get a free 0.99$ biscuit? She said, it happens all the time.

At this point, I'm really getting ill about the situation. I asked if I could speak to the apparent regional manager there helping out. The ghetto storage manager said she can't help you! I then went back, got our tray of food as my wife was eating her hash browns and I took it back up there and slung it over the counter and said "TO HELL WITH THIS, THIS IS SOME CRAZY NEVER-BEFORE-HAVE-I-SEEN-IN-MY-LIFE BULLSH*T!" ...

Then we left. Then ghetto store manager then proceeded to get in her car and follow us! We couldn't believe it. My wife was like hurry up honey she scares me. So I put my foot on the pedal like there's no tomorrow. Still, that didn't stop ghetto gorilla from chasing us.

Finally, we made it into the amusement park, and she got out and said "OH NO YOU DIDN'T!" ... I said "OH YES WE DID" ... then she said "OH NO YOU DIDN'T!" ... then my wife did a high flying Bruce Lee jump kick to her face. Her head exploded and finally we went into the park holding hands and enjoyed our wonderful day at Busch Gardens.
