Bsnl Landline Telephone IN my BSNL landline telephone no. is 1581-225193 at LADNUN (NAGAUR)(RAJASTHAN) actually on my phone previously 99 per month rental plan was activated. but 4 months before i made a application to start 149 per month rental plan so i can enjoy in whole rajasthan landline free service. but after the activation of 149 plan i m still charging for 99 plan also that means bsnl charging me for both the plans i.e 99 & 149 per month. i had complaint 10-11 times at local exchange but there is not an positive reply. i m paying bills continuosly in the hope that this time the problem will solved. but still not a positive answer is giving by local authority . please solve this problem as early as you can. thanking you in advance for anticipation.
