Windows Vista file with no known information

Under Windows Vista Basic, at Windows Task Manager processes there is a file called pikegf.exe. I have no idea what it does or what it is for? I can't find information about it any where on the internet. I tried Microsoft.com, Dell.com, google.com, ask.com. What is PIKEGF.EXE under Windows Vista Basic? Why is it there, if it isn't doing anything? Did somebody bug my computer using spyware?
