Hi - I would like to say that this company is not customer service friendly. I went to Verizon 4 days before my account with AT& T expired, it was a blonde moment I know, I was pulled into a good deal and wanting a good phone for a trip. I always paid my bill, even had a 2nd line I had to cancel and pay the $175 after 6 months. It may not have been a great choice by helping out my brother who ran up the bill several times, but it was important to be able to get in touch with him because of his health issues. They made a lot of money off me. I still rec'd a bill for $190.85. I called to ask for the fee to be reduced, even just a little and they simple said sorry, no. I won't go back to AT&T.
