My name is Mikhail and I'm from Vacouver British Columbia Canada. On the third week of January (2008) I placed an order at 123dj.com by phone. I got everything set-up and billed on the same day (paid shipping extra because Im from Canada). After two weeks of tracking my packages ( using the the tracking number that 123dj gave me) and seeing no movement at all, I started calling 123dj and talked to the Manager- Neal. A week later Neal told me that the reason why 123dj was not able to ship my packages was because they dont have one of the items I ordered- basically, they sold me an item (power conditioner) which they dont have. Then, finally, I got my shipment on the 20th of February. However, it was missing one item (power conditioner)- the item that delayed my shipment by 3 weeks (took the whole thing 5 weeks from the day that I ordered it). Then Neal lied to me telling me that 123dj shipped it and its lost but in fact UPS confirmed to me that the tracking number that is suppose to be for the power conditioner was not even been used at all- in short, 123DJ never shipped the power conditioner that I order from them at all. Weeks after weeks of daily communication with Neal, sometimes several times a day, I got nothing from Neal but lies. Then finally, on the third week of April, my power conditioner arrived but UPS was asking $56 because 123DJ didnt do their job telling UPS- the courier that the power conditioner was just a delayed shipment and its 123DJ's fault- power conditioner was just $US60 plus shipping and handling. It took me almost a week to convinced UPS that I already paid Border duties for the power conditioner that I imported from the states- thx to 123DJ that I have to go though all this. But 123DJ B$hit was not over yet, one of the items that I ordered from them was defective- it was a power distributor. Over all, I had wished I never dealt with 123dj ever again, this was in fact the second time that I dealt business with 123DJ. Because, I was hoping they would ship me the busted DJ Light bulbs and missing stuffs from the first order that I did- got the bulbs but the rest did not which was, again, not as Neal promised me.
