HP DV 2000 Laptop HP US 14 May 2008 5337 Columbia Road Columbia, MD 21044 Hp Dear Mr. Hurd, I appreciate that case manager âDaleâ has tried to have my computer repaired in a timely fashion. However after three returns, now four, I am still without my computer. I cannot over emphasize the inconvenience this has caused. Iâve sent several emails and made dozens of calls, frankly, Iâm concerned my issue is falling on muted ears. Itâs been almost two months, and still no computer, to which I would add is too long to have anything repaired, Iâm sure youâd agree. I discussed the possibility of an exchange computer, not that I wanted a new computer, reload software or start anew. But this absolute outrage that the warranty is being overlooked to not include a replacement at this point. They have returned the laptop, but it had not been touched. Three times, I have contacted hp over and over, I am frustrated because I had to purchase a second computer to use while the new one I purchased with hp has been a nightmare.
