Dry Cleaning Clothes Smell Foul

I have recently noticed a foul smell to my clothing that I have dry cleaned at Adams. I had brought the issue up with the manager. When I had picked up dry clenaing, I told the manager that there is a smell and it's an issue, I am not crazy. I made him smell the clothing, he states it smells fine and it is the fabric. He has no other complaints.

I will no longer go to this cleaner with my clothing. I have reviewed websites about dry cleaning and found out that there may be bacteria in the dry cleaners system. Perhaps he should address the issue instead of pretending I am imagining this stuff!

I too had a problem with Adam's Cleaners. They completely ruined my daughters Baptism gown! The owner yelled at both my husband and I, hung up on us and blamed the fabric. It was only silk dupioni. After he tried to convince both of us that the "before and after" picture we had looked the same he told us to take him to court if we ever wanted to see anything for it. On top of everything else he was mad that we refused to pay the $7.50 for the cleaning! The people are rude, the store is dirty and the quality of service is beyond poor. This place should be looked into.
