Computer Recovery Software

On May 13, I made an electronic purchase of a CD Recovery Disk for my computer. The company I ordered it from was RestoreDisks.com Long story short, it would not work in my system. I emailed the company with an explanation and they responded and notified me they would refund my money immediately once the CD was returned. I agreed. The CD was returned via USPS Priority Mail. The package was delivered, as I have a tracking number to prove. I emailed the company - they told me that when they received it, they would immediately issue me a refund. I emailed them back and told them that I had proof of delivery to them. They said once they open the package and process the return, the money would be refunded instantly, expressing that it shouldn't take more than one business day.... I have emailed them since and have not yet heard from them. It seems apparent they are avoiding the issue. I have email text to confirm all my correspondence with this company. Furthermore, the disk I received seemed to be a copy of a manufacturer's disk that was faulty in performance - I didn't know this was going to be an attempted copy, as I didn't think this was legal, but I'm looking into this. I can provide an email messages necessary.

"....We will update our package delivery status today and issue the refund once the system logs in the package as returned. Once our system updates at the end of the day, we will issue the refund promptly. It should take no longer than 1 business day. Thank you for using our service, The RestoreDisks.com Team..."

where did they go? no refund here. the company's lack of response has compelled me to complain - if I receive the refund with an understandable reason for delay, I'm happy to withdraw the complaint
