Capital One Account and Fraudulent Activity

This company is terrible when it comes to customer service. You'd think that you could get someone on the phone in the fraud department after all fraud is a serious thing.

I mean they send me a theft affidavite and they don't even give me enough time to send the form in before they decide they are going to close the investigation.

I just want the two charges taken off of my account.
