Entertainment center Harlem Roomplace Joliet, Il US I ordered an entertainment center from this store. It arived with 6 scratched knobs. When it was delivered, I notified customer service. They said the would send out 6 replacement knobs. About a week later, I received one knob. I called and requested the other 5. They said they would send them. I never received them. I called back today (05-21-08). The first person hung up on me. The second time I called, they said this model has been discontinued and no knobs are available. My bed has already been replace twice. My sectional is coming apart, however they are saying this is not covered under warranty. There customer service was terrible, however apparently better than the quality of their product.
