Bell Sympatico's false breaches of my ISP contract with them

I personally do have a civil engineering degree, Concordia University , Montreal 1968, and I had also worked as a Remax Realtor in Calgary too, but in my decades of real life experiences in Canada the existing laws, regulating societies, governments, CRTC, Ministers of Consumer affairs now still clearly did not stop many Realtors, lawyers , others, or even now Bell Sympatico from telling lies to the customers, others.

What started as a simple phone call by me in January 2007 to Bell tech help line to determine why my internet services were so slow and sluggish next had become a major farce, cover-up on the part of Bell Sympatico. I was next lied to for months as to the real reasons Bell they rather had offered me their poor internet services to me and to many others in my city for years now too.. and then Bell had even lied to me some more, had also breached their contractual obligations to me many times too, had allowed me even to be slandered, abused on the Bell customer forums now too.. and why? so that clearly greedy Bell can continue stay in business to make more money..

I have been rightfully complaining firstly to bell Sympatico since Jan 01, 2007 and even before that, and they more I dealt with them the dirtier they got, a truth I have detailed in writing to date to all of Canada's major editors, and major Mps too in writing totaling about 30 phone calls to Bell and and 290 so far emails letters of complaints to Bell as well so far, and many of them posted on the web too.. http://thenoncomformer.spaces.live.com/

I had, do have 11 main issues AT LEAST of Rightfully complaints to Bell.. specially mostly about their false breach of my contract with them.. AND THEM SPECIALLY NEXT NOT DEALING ADEQUATELY WITH THIS TOO

A- Bell did not supply the promised high speed Unlimited download internet as promised cause they did not have the technical facilities, equipment to do so in my city, even though I had for years paid for such services.

B- Bell promised me free upgrades to me to compensate for their past inadequacies, including 6 meg high speed downloads, only to break the promises monthly for the last 10 months too.

C- Bell promised me free 6 months of internet, but reneged on this when they changed this to a credit and next also doubled my internet Bill instead.

D- Bell changed my internet service supply contract specially without my permission, knowledge, approval too

E) Bell changed me for additional upgrades, including a modem upgrade, and a speed upgrade I had never asked for, requested of them.

F) Bell made false withdrawals from my bank account and caused overdrafts as a result of 150 dollars

G) Bell has refused to give me in writing , a signed copy of the specific contract if have with them for the year 2008

H) Their false capping of my bit torrent downloads

I) Bell's false invasion of my privacy, by snooping on my downloads

I) Bell falsely banishing me form any discussion on their customer forums too

How would Bell like it if I paid up to 50 dollars a month depending on what actual Bell Internet speed they had delivered me, or I had said I would do my best to pay them? Absurd they would reply. Well it is unacceptable how they had lied about their unlimited high speed internet, being the fastest too in the country, when for a start their phone lines, equipment in many areas cannot handle it even.. they Bell are just con artists, liars, guilty of false, misleading practices who should go to jail directly now for it rightfully as well.. Unlimited is an oxymoron, how can you cap an unlimited account the customer had agreed to and paid now as well. And No one should be the false big brother.. especially Bell� Bell�s Big brother�s false regulations, supervision is just another dirty word for Bell just screwing someone some more in the interest of making more money, more profits for the Bell corporation and is always still contrary to the laws on free speech, our Charter of human rights too. And what about my rightful 55 dollar credit for the 2 wire modem upgrade I did not even request, that next also caused so many problems now too for me, and others? And who was the Bell persons who falsely had in 2008 tried to make unrequested upgrades changes on my account without my approval, permission now too? Was he now rightfully punished? And what about my requested rightful payment for Bell�s additional contract breaches now as well, WHERE IS IT? Imagine that Bell has been in Business for years and is still guilty now clearly of fraudulent and unacceptable business practices, not living up to their contractual obligations, as I now have witnessed and undeniably detailed to even Bell and many others many times too now .

I was once naive about Bell Sympatico. I had originally thought that when I had originally subscribed to Bell Sympatico�s High speed unlimited internet services, that Bell next could be trusted to keep their contractual obligations, but when time had started to pass, and I started in July 2007 to actually regularly measure Bell Sympatico�s performances, I had confirmed that Bell Sympatico undeniably, clearly was not keeping it�s promised, contractual obligations, and next they still also had not done so as well. Next Bell Sympatico trough it�s many overall bad reps, support personnel continued to behave immorally in these matters by firstly, falsely not disclosing the full real reasons that Bell now had not been delivering their contractual, promises to me and many others too now, and Bell Sympatico falsely continued also in even allowing all of the customers to be abused further by falsely implying the customer themselves were rather the ones now at fault originally now too in the reasons for Bell�s poor services and the false Bell capping diversions reasons given out. In the last 16 months I too had witnessed and detailed that Bell Sympatico�s whole behavior and service performances has been totally inacceptable. Cleary even Greedy Bell Sympatico had wrongfully gave even me a lot of grief, pain, problems, wasted my time the last 16 months too and Bell they should now still even pay me more for it too.

Bell Sympatico cannot meet their promised contractual obligations with me and yet now next for the last 7 weeks too Bell hounds me to death by phone, letter falsely for their MONTHLY payments.. For 5 weeks Bell Sympatico accounting has been bothering now me to get paid some more for their poor high speed internet services, but firstly for 18 months already I have been calling, writing to Bell Sympatico for them firstly to to deal with their unacceptable, very inadequate High speed internet service. Only one person of many who said they will too, from Bell Sympatico this year, so far has even kept his promise to call me back and to help resolve some of my Bell Sympatico Billing, or Bell Sympatico Internet services technical problems, one Tech support from New Brunswick too, but no one else from Bell Sympatico now wrongfully too has called me back as promised about my contractual complaints to date this year too. Not even Bell�s executive care Sasha Rollins. Why is that? I was surprised last week when a Bell employee from Bell�s accounting department told me on the phone that I should obey, do everything that the Bell president, and his employee Sasha Rollins tells me to do. Dream on. Bluntly I replied to the same employee �who the hell does he Sasha Rollins now think his ego really is that I should obey anything, or everything he says, for he firstly is not my master, I do not work for Bell, I am not his employee�.. Bell is getting carried away with their much too many, unenforceable, exotic, extreme, man made rules now, but they breached my contract still much to often and that itself is really inacceptable still too. Clearly Bell and their executive power has falsely now gone to their heads when they even do think they can abuse any others, an ordinary citizen now too. I as a Sympatico customer that does have a contract with Bell, a mutual contract they Bell now also have to respect and that contract now does not make me their slave, subordinate, and them my master, but they are still my legal equals in the matters. They have to respect my contract side now too. Do remind them all of that too at Bell. When most a person tries to enforce any rule upon me I immediate rightfully do next often do ask them who they think they are that they think I now have to respect the man made rules firstly? What makes them think I have to be now their false slave too? And why do they think that they are any kind of boss over me in these matters? For just cause someone, a lawyer now too even, some one made up some set of rules it still does not mean they are all valid, or legitimately enforceable now too! I still have even my right of free speech and I still can say what I want, write what I want too.. even about them now too. Not all man made rules, regulations even in writing are rightfully valid still in reality, and just ask any decent judge on the court of the Queen�s judge and he or she can tell you the same thing too. Bad persons, and Politicians, bad corporations tend to be the same world wide, and the solution the same, full Public exposure and full prosecution of the guilty serves every one�s best interest next too still. For if the evil bad person is not exposed, punished they still have no reasons to stop doing bad things and doing good things instead. They by the public exposure of their own bad acts they next also do find out that a good name was worth more than all the silver and gold they had hoped to acquire. And many next have as a result too.

Bell Undeniably has been on of the worst corporations to deal with in my last 40 years too..

Bell Sympatico has 5 main different avenues to make complaints -

a) by phone to the Sympatico technical service department or the Sympatico billing department

b) email to Assistance AT sympatico.ca; service AT sympatico.ca;

c) by phone or by by email to Bell executive care department executive.office AT bell.ca;

d) by means of online chats with Bell..

e) an Online customer forum too.

Ultimate all of them in realty as I have witnessed, used they had next turned out to be useless ,pretentious, inadequate for Bell still they mostly generally lie in response, or divert to false issues or buck pass, reply they have no authority to deal with the matter, or promise to look into the matter next to call you back but never do . Finally since January 2008 basically BELL they refused in the last fourth months to deal with any of my specific complaints at all.

Bell's latest IMMORAL RESPONSE was to find false reasons to try to discontinue my ISP contract by the end of this month, and I have also rightfully objected to this as well.

In December 13, 15 2007 Bell executive care Sasha Rollins had promised me in writing 6 month of free unlimited high speed services.. So for the next 6 months till the end of June I have no payments to make thus. The reasons for this free service was that I had undeniably proved to all that Bell Sympatico had lied, in it's advertisings and they had not provided me the high speed services I had paid for the last 2 months because BELL SYMPATICO did not have the cable, facilities to do so, I had measured my BELL SYMPATICO' internet actual speeds MONTHLY, WEEKLY SINCE July 2007 TO DATE and and Bell they did not deliver, BELL SYMPATICO did not keep their contractual obligations, promises, rather they are in wrongfully breach of it still too. As a result of Bell's PROMISED 6 months free I have placed no money in my bank for any withdrawals during this period, but BELL SYMPATICO next tried 4 times to stall funds from me, and cause 4 overdrafts in my accounts totaling now 150 dollars too that they have to pay me ASAP for now as well. So for the last 7 weeks BELL SYMPATICO harasses me with phone calls and I asked Bell many times to stop this.. so Bell next sent me a letter May 12, 3008 to cut of my services for non payment and I asked Bell to deal with this too. Last week when I talked by phone with BELL SYMPATICO accounting they had said they reviewed the file and recommend no action be taken here against me. Since clearly my nmain contact Sasha Rollins at the Bell exetuve care department was at fault for not supplying to the accounting DEPARTMENT THE PROPER INFORMATION FIRSTLY. Yet the next day the BELL SYMPATICO computer phone and bugs me about payment. BELL SYMPATICO accounting even today lies to me by phone and says that Sasha Rollins from BELL SYMPATICO executive care is adequately handling my many rightful complaints, but that clearly useless person, liar, Ssasha Rollins even had not returned one phone call back to me this year and still has not dealt adewuately evenm with the 280 rightful complaints letters of mine, and many of the complaints are posted on the net too now.

There was, is a need for regulatory Government intervention of Bell, ISP providers practices, advertisements too. There has been a lot of evidence, allegations about Bell managerial practices, and it�s motives. It�s mostly been warranted.

Historical Chronology of my PAST, real dealings with Bell Sympatico, by phone and in WRITING. I had sent email copies of all of my related major BELL CORRESPONDENCES HERE IN THE LAST 10 MONTHS NOW TOO to Bell, and major news editor snow too. And many of them are posted on the net now to.

-January 2007 I phone Bell Sympatico's technical support to find out why my unlimited high speed internet, is turtle slow. and Bell lies to me for the next 6 months.

-July 2007 I next actually do measure the actual downloads speeds supplied to me my Bell and firsthand discover I do not have a High speed internet services. So next I talk to an expert, an IBM engineer to find out why, and he explains it to me, Bell has no high speed services to my area. Bell has lied, was guilty of false, misleading advertisings too.

- August 2007 I start to talk directly to the President office at Bell Sympatico executive care as to what I have undeniably found.

- August 2007 Bell installs a High fiber optical line to my area

-September 2007 Bell wants more money for the extra high speed supplied and I rightfully refuse it.. so Bell starts to reduce my speeds, even internet capping included..

- November 2007 Bell threatens to cut of both my phone services and internet if I reveal to anyone else what I have discovered about Bell�s DSL services, high speed services. Dictatorial Bell is guilty of obstruction of Justice here, false suppression of free speech.

- December 2007 Things come to a critical head, when I contact the news media, CBC, CJAD, Gazette so Bell , President office Sasha Rollins negotiates with me and offers credit for 6 months of high speed internet. I talk for about 6 hours on the phone with him and we discuss all kind of related things, such as the future of Bell Sympatico internet services, what the competition DSL and Cable offers too. Bell�s false misleading advertising about their DSL high-speed unlimited services too, and their false capping.

- February 2008 Bell decides to make permanent changes to their services offered and Bell starts to discontinue their high speed unlimited internet services, unofficially and also works on preventing Bell customers switching over to the competition.. this means capping the other ISP providers too. Bell gets a mad customer backlash on this. 40 percent of Bell�s customers are dissatisfied with Bell, it services, approach, etc.

Next I rightfully do charge Bell with denial of free speech, privacy invasion in their capping attempts as well, etc.,

- March 2008 Bell refuses to give me signed official statement of my Billing and my new contract as well

- April 2008 Bell falsely bans me of their customer forums for my revealing to others what bell is really like and was doing, it�s poor services.

- April 2008 I even do reveal in writing that Bell will likely win the CAIP - CRTC hearing * cause Bell has someone inside the CRTC on the take..

- May 2008 Bell does not like the exposure I give them and they threatened to discontinue for the 3rd time my Internet contract with them and do not give me my requested contract, detail signed billings too.

not only is this a typical Bell misdirection, another false Bell diversion but it is a misleading Bell ploy merely to earn more money by selling more of Bell services, for Bell they really do care about the customer�s best interest firstly but only their own� as we Bell customers all seem to know firsthand too.

I have openly rightfully shared with the Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper�s office that Bell Sympatico undeniably is one of the most dirty, immoral, abusive Corporation, firm I have dealt in Canada in my lifetime. One that even falsely suppressed my complaints against it, my right of free speech as well.

I also find it really hypocritical, how basically unfair, totally unacceptable, one sided too it still is that that Bell Sympatico very loudly still demands full payments for their supposed services from all of their customers, when they Bell Sympatico clearly too often and unacceptably Bell Sympatico did not meet it contractual obligations to many of it�s customers, even when Bell Sympatico have not only provided a very poor, inadequate, incomplete services to many of their net customers, but in the process Bell Sympatico had also lied to, and had abused their customers.

It is undeniably also that rather than initially honestly admitting the truth in Canada that Bell Sympatico lacked their advertised capabilities to provide adequate ISP, actually high speed internet services. Bell Sympatico when confronted with their failure to deliver the speeds as promsied to it�s cusomers had instead resorted to misleading statements, and lying to too many of the customers. Bell Sympatico had abused them further by falsely and lying in Canada diverting the blame on the customers own equipment, local connections, and the customer�s operating software as well. And finally when confronted by technical knowledgeable, competent persons with the undeniable proof that Bell Sympatico had been guilty of false, misleading business practices, Bell Sympatico next tries to screw the customers some more by Bell Sympatico trying next to charge them extra monies for the services they Bell Sympatico had promised long time ago to start of with too and had not delivered, their high speed downloads sites and adequate support services now too.. Such witnessed by even me immoral acts, behaviors by Bell Sympatico has never been denied back to me and is never acceptable now still too and Bell needs to be fully regulated by the federal Consumer Affairs Ministers, even confronted, punished appropriately by the justice ministers as well for it�s much too many unacceptable bad, immoral acts too.

Bell Sympatico now even wants an extra payment of 75 dollars if I do not return ASAP their high speed modem as soon as possible, conveniently forgetting that they themselves had wrongfully had breached my ISP contract, and also that they had falsely refused to refund me for an overcharge of an extra 55 dollars, to me for this high speed modem that I had never even requested from Bell Sympatico in the first place, and they too easily seem to forget that fact they Bell Sympatico had falsely also now tried 4 times to withdraw, steal my money from my bank account even during the time I as supposed to have free 6 months high speed unlimited internet as well. An agreement they too had falsely breached now.

Now Bell Sympatico�s executive care Sasha Rollins had complained to me in writing 3 times back that in the last 18 months I have written 280 letters of rightful complaints to Bell about their inadequate, pretentious, services, even their false breach of their contract obligations. Me I am even next still even rightfully complaining to Bell Sympatico now that I had even firstly to to write any of these 280 letters of complaints to Bell Sympatico, and I as a direct result do even rightfully still do demand full payment of 2500 dollars from Bell Sympatico NOW for all my wasted time in even having now to do so now as well, plus further payment for the many years I had paid for a high speed internet services but never got one from Bell Sympatico as well. And I rightfully still expect this rightful 2500 dollars payment to me now from Bell Sympatico ASAP AS WELL , and so also NEXT I too will demand an extra 250 dollars in payment if they do not pay me my 2500 dollars COMPENSATION as soon as possible.

And so the Circus with Bell Sympatico continues..

For the record, most of what Paul Kambulow has to say is bullsh*t.

In addition after spamming bell, and members of parliament, he was warned that his service would be terminated due to harrassment.

It got to the point that Paul Kambulow had the cops visit his place no less than 4 times for what he had to say to members of parliament (threats?).

The above reader�s write as I can see by his posts now clearly works for the devil, and Bell likely.. Dirty slander and personal attacks clearly is the another bad Bell way of operation, he firstly needs to get all his facts straight.. No cop ever had ever visited my home because of any threats to any MPs any politician for that matter ever.. My public exposure in writing so effective alone.. thus the above write is a slanderer and a liar. He likely does work for Bell executive services, and his name likely is Sasha Rollins too again. Cause Bell Sympatico has before this already slandered me and I had objected to this rightfully too to all, on the net too before, as I have rightfully complained to all about this as to how dirty Bell they really are when you make a valid complaint to them. Real dirty, Big liars too, incompetent too. . The reader should prove to all now the fact I had threatened any politician for the record, for the pen is mightier than the sword, ,do tell him give us all a copy of specific police reports he lying refers to firstly or to shut up this still Big liar.. But this Bell Sympatico corruption, abuses are not a simple matter .. Sure Bell does wants me to go away, but do dream on.. I told Bell Sympatico and Bell�s Sasha Rollins long time ago when he had threatened to take me to court to go ahead, I need the good publicity, andnext I will enter all my 280 past complaint letters to Bell into the court�s permanent records too. I also do have a anckldgement reply from Jim Prentice minister of Consumer affairs to my letters, and two replies from the Prime Minister�s office on these Sympatico matters and they are also posted on the net.

Immoral, lying Bell Sympatico does not deny it did not honour it�s contract agreement with me but looked for some false excuse to try to shut me up, and did it work, of course not.. once my emails letters are sent they cannot be taken back by anyone, the damage to bell is rightfully done too as a result now..

Hey Paul was supposedly warned by Bell about harassment???? but firstly that is totally an inside Bell privacy matter.. a violation of the customer�s privacy firstly and the CRTC should look into this in full now as well. How will others feel when they read how Bell wrongfully violates their customers privacy now too? AS per my right of free speech I can write to anyone worldwide and I do even about bell now.. The 3 Bell letters and they are posted on the net too had said a warning that I could not sent any more letters of complaints to Bell, or post any complaints on the net, or talk to any Bell employee, or to the RCMP as well even about how bad Bell was, or Sasha Rollins of bell executive care was, Sasha Rollins had my filed transferred to him alone and he would would not return any of my phone calls, and did not deny my my charges of his wrong doings posted also on the web and now it is too late to do so as well.. and he Sasha Rollins or his Bell subordinates would not send me any official signed ISP payment invoices for the last 6 months, he or his subordinates added extra charges to my unlimited 6 meg download account this year too, he or his subordinates charged me extra for a new modem I never requested, he and his subordinate falsified the fact I had renewed my bell Sympatico contract in 2008, and he would not send me a copy of this new 2008 contract as well.. Bell had lied they were proving me high speed system for years but when I did a speed test I found this was big lie.. and I proved it as well to all. All THIS I WRITE AGAIN IS ALL UNDENIABLE TOO.. AND all the major news editors got copies of these charges, so did they key Mps, others, and they are posted on the web for all to read still to date. BELL UNACCEPTABLY PLAYS A DIRTY GAME FOR A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE NOW.
