Unit was ordered on 5/16/08, order #yhst-56058555064873-1703. E-mail was sent verifying the order. I called on Monday May 19, 2008 Order was being processed and was told the order will be shipped out that day. No contact from Kaanza until I called today May 21, 2008 to check status of order. They already charged my CC the amount agreed and now said that they were wrong on the shipping cost. Original cost was 120.00 USD, now it is 250.00 USD and will not be shipped until paid. They insisted that I send an e-mail to their distributor to fix the problem, BAD BUSINESS!! The customer (me) did not make this error, they did, and they refused to address the problem on their own. I canceled the order. Hopefully I will get my money back. DO NOT use these guys, they have no clue how to run a business, my company orders approx $15,000.00 per month thru the internet, and I will never use these people again.
