ICICI Direct Incompetence At Its Height

ICICI Bank high handedness. I have a D-Mat account with the ICICI bank and inspite of my providing the PAN proof at the time of account creation, my D-Mat account was de-activated.

They asked me to provide the proff again while I am in the USA. I then provided them with the PAN proof and now it has been a torturous wait for my account to be activated. Their customer service center is the biggest Facade and an advertisement of their incompetence. Their customer service reps are probably the worst in the whole world and cannot resolve even a single minor issue.
