Got deicived buying online

I ordered for a DVD online from http://www.blujay.com/mrgrindhouse2007 and though he sent me a DVD but a blank one. On contacting so many times I did not recieve any reply. As I cannot claim the amount back because he did not want me to pay through credit or debit but wanted me to send the money order.So would be more than happy if you take action.

We ordered what was supposed to be a dvd documentary on billie jean king portrait of a pioneer. Sent a personal check and after a month of trying to contact and him making excuses, he sends a old vhs tape with something recorded on it, but who owns a vhs player anymore not me. He stated it was a dvd. This looks like something someone recorded off of tv on an old vhs tape. Terrible experience with this blue jay site. I would never use this site again. This guy is a total rip off.
