GarageDoorSupply.com RIPOFF!!

Beware!! I ordered $65.00 worth of parts from these guys and never received anything. Tried to call during so called business hours and the phones just rings and rings. When it finally does go to voice mail, the box is full. Probably of people wondering where their stuff is. I am contacting Google since their site is advertised through them and see if they can be barred. I have heard of this happening before. Whatever you do, do not buy from these crooks!

I also ordered a torsion spring from this company, paying by credit card. About 5 weeks went by with no contact and no parts. I became concerned and contacted them by e-mail and they responded that it would be a few days. 5 days later I did receive my parts. They were in good condition, appeared to be high quality and worked fine. So they were very slow, but finally came through, at least for me.
